The firm also has personnel devoted to criminal practices so as to resolve any criminal matters that our clients may face, including white collar crimes, and matters pertaining to National Accountability Bureau, and Federal Investigation Agency.

We represent client before the district Court (at the trial and appellate stages), the honorable superior Courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation forums.  We also have a leading practice representing companies and individuals in state and federal regulatory and criminal investigations.

ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION PRACTICE

We, at Aamer Raza Law Associates, firmly believe in alternative methods of dispute resolution and provide arbitration and mediation services for our corporate clients. We take our arbitration practice seriously and lay specific focus on the drafting of the arbitration clauses of any agreements to remain prepared for the instance that a dispute may arise under any agreement. We believe that if an arbitration clause is properly fashioned bearing in mind potential consequences of each word or punctuation mark that is used therein, a dispute is already won for our client. From meticulously drafted arbitration clauses, we pay similar attention to all arbitration briefs and proceedings to ensure our clients’ success.

CORPORATE PRACTICE

The Chambers has, since its creation, been actively negotiating and structuring corporate deals. We aid our clients to identify, evaluate, and manage business risks, structure agreements, negotiate terms, and draft documentation for complex transactions. Our Partner’s specialization in the use of linguistic theory in law furthers our goals of ensuring that deals negotiated make the pie bigger for everyone.

PRO-BONO PRACTICE

We have an active pro bono litigation practice.  Our lawyers are encouraged to take on pro bono matters, with the full support of the Chambers, in order to deliver the best of legal services, free of cost. In this regard, the Chambers has represented clients on numerous issue-based litigations, ranging from right to education, the plight of street children, censorship in education, protection of minorities, enforcement of environmental laws, and devolution of administrative power to local government representatives.

The Chambers provides partner supervision, training, and mentoring on all pro bono matters.  Associates are encouraged to attend pro bono training classes and seminars held by our partnering organizations.  In addition, summer interns routinely participate in the Chambers’ pro bono practice and may be assigned to any pro bono matter.

Currently, Chambers runs a pro-bono family law program for destitute men and women who cannot afford litigation with regards to matters pertaining to child custody, maintenance, divorce and marriages.

We are also legal counsel for The Eisaar Trust, Amin Maktab (institute for the mentally handicapped), and the LRBT Trust Eye and Cancer Hospital.
